Akhirnya jebol juga 50 ^^ Planning abis libur lebaran, bulking...pengen lebih toned & muscular terutama di shoulder & bicep tricep,wish me luch >.<

@nendendessi @ainymuet @nfimilza ak cuma ikutin saran2nya yulia, alvin dll, 2 aja: * Defisit kalori. Makan rata2 BMR+100. Clean eating ga 100% jg. Ak msh doyan es krim & bakmi kok 😂 (porsi ttp terkontrol) * Olahraga. Apa aja. Dulu ak kekeuh cuma suka zumba & cardio2 doang. Skrg hajar semua, angkat beban, body weight, callisthenics dll. Hasilnya lbh cepet, badan rasanya lbh berstamina, bonus bodi lbh kenceng 😁

@aditya: teorinya sih diatas 1650 kal utk BB 50 kg. & mesti ekstra perhatian sama asupan proteinnya😅 cuma ak ga brani langsung hajar tinggi, soalnya badan tipe endo, takutnya malah langsung boom 😂 ak mo coba naikin dikit2 aja dlu, itung2 eksperimen, smbil liat bisa nambah frekuensi latihan beban seberapa byk.
