Had a solid week with some good decisions and the gym with the scale showing a solid 2.6 pound loss. More importantly than any of this is that I hit 51.6% TO GOAL!!!! I’m pretty excited about the fact that not only have I lost 61 pounds to date but more importantly my weight lost figure is now bigger than the amount I have to loss to get to my goal! I finally feel like that weight to goal number is counting down as opposed to before where it felt completely unattainable. Now I really feel like I have earned that yellow bar under my name. Now the next major goal is only 7.5 pounds away I can’t wait to be under 200. Still kind of surreal to think that I am almost to that being a reality for the rest of my life.
Milestones: 7.5 lbs - Under 200 for the first time in forever 16.2 lbs - No longer obese ever again 27.8 lbs - 75% to goal and COLOR CHANGE!!!!! 48.1 lbs – According to BMI I will be considered in the normal range
