Yesterday I did 4 glasses of water and followed the portion sizing. I even stayed away from the sweets at the family reunion. Still working on drinking more water. today I drank 6 glasses of water so I am up a little from regular.
Today is the start of another challenge. Starting with no fast food that is unhealthy for me. I think that part will be pretty easy.
