Urgh. Gone back up to 59.6kg after my low of 59.2kg on Monday. Been a very trying week with going back to college and also my daughter beeing ill. Last night I slipped up a bit and had 3 glasses of red wine and a mini pack of chocolate buttons, so that explains the weight rise I guess.
Before Christmas I had got down to 59kg on the dot. I will get back there again, I can do it. It's what I want! No more slip ups! Back on track.
