OK Back after 2 weeks teaching high school. I am not as young as I used to be so rising early and handling kids for 8 hours was wearing me out. That and fighting off a cold. So I am glad to see I did not put on any weight. Have not exercised for 2 weeks. I may try doing the bike today if I feel better. The cold has been interupting my sleep which of course does not help weight loss. 7 degrees and snowing with more snow and colder temperatures to come. Had to cancel 2 appointments in Billings today because of storm. Not safe to drive 90 miles of rural roads to get there when it isn't life threatening.

I don't drive into the city when the weather is bad, nothing is worth taking that risk. I have driven in snow all my life and could probable make it there safely but when people are passing me at dangerously high speeds and slipping and sliding I'm alway worried that they will run into me. Hope that cold clears up soon.

I despise the cold. I wish it could be about 75 year round! Also kids have so much energy they wear almost anyone out. LOL
