Branch Manager meeting this morning and then pizza lunch and bowling. Not real excited for pizza. Left early and went to gym. Burned 650 calories and met up with stair climber. Back in my last fitness days I could climb that beast at intervals speed of 5, 6, and 8. Today - I did 15 minutes at level 1 and 2. Ugly. I know I'm better than that. It's going to take time but one day I'll personally beat up that machine again.
Rachel sent me a text - Stay Strong. Live Long. I'll see her for my 1st personal training session this Saturday morning. I'm attacking this now.
I did notice today that my neck loosened up a bit in the middle of exercising. Funny how I've always known that exercise always, always makes my body feel better. I bounce back quick to stiffness however it sure feels good for some time to have a neck feel normal.
