Well, it has been tough this weekend. I have eaten way too much and non of the right stuff. Tomorrow WILL be better. I will get back on my food plan. I have been busy, but have not cooked a meal, every meal has been out. My legs are sore from going up and down the stairs multiple times, so I can say I got some exercise. I try really really hard to limit my ibuprofen, but it would have served me well to take all 2400 mil. today. My spirits are high, I am just tired. Eating the wrong foods, does not help my body feel good. So back to the healthy foods tomorrow, limit the fats (fast food, restaurant foods, are pretty high in fat) and lots and lots and LOTS of veggies and fruits. Thanks for listening.

Make sure you drink a lot of water. I know that if I don't, my legs and back really ache. Water is so good for so many things. Always glad to listen so keep writing.
