The days go well but its the nights that I end up binging. I guess I figure I've been good all day why not just have a little piece of cake before bed. Well it added up. I think it's just water weight though so I'm going to plan healthy snacks for the nights and keep to my workout schedule. wish me luck.

Hoping to lose this water weight by next week. Its about 5lbs water weight I hope I can at least lose 3 or 4 out of it if not all.

Get those treats out of your house! Try to only reward yourself 4times per week. My nutritionist said having just 3 bites will satisfy cravings, so when you do splurge limit yourself. Another option I've used is purchasing DARK chocolate covered almonds and grabbing about 5 of those to curb my craving. Good luck!
