decided to drop my calorie allowance. fatsecret allows me 1800 calories but when i was doing weight watchers my 25 points totaled 1050 to 1250 calories. so, allowing for the weekly points :)., I am dropping my daily allowance to 1300. Funny how even though I knew what calories would = my ww points I would stil eat to the max or a bit over because i didnt have to "see" that I was eating more than i should for my diet. We shall see if this works, i just don't want to count calories and figure out points.. so if i see positive results this will be it for me.
