carbs are overstated by 7 because the program does not allow net carbs. I am way under in calories, but can't add food now because it will add carbs. I had mostly all vegetable carbs in the brussels sprouts and the protein shake. Will do better tomorrow.

The beauty of eating the low-carb way is that after you've used your carbs up by eating veggies, you can then add some meat, which has zero carbs (as long as it's not processed meat which does contain some carbs).
