So I'm back again. After being medically retired from the military in June I've watched my weight slowly creep up. I start feeling uncomfortable in my body when I approach 225 so it's time to bring back down.
I'm going to kick it off on Friday with a no carb week and then ease my way back into the Abs Diet. I like starting with a no carb week because it sort of resets my body and I get to see a quick change on the scale.
