Woke up feeling tired and lethargic, again, then discovered I got the girl flu, which I was not expecting. Apparently, I'm now on a 3-week cycle. I guess it might explain why I've been so tired. My skin is also really bad right now. I developed a couple more chin blemishes over night, perhaps in part because I did not remove my makeup. I had about a 1 1/2 cups of stock then later had 3pc bacon and 3eggs in butter. With my coconut oil and coffee, as well as in the eggs, I added cream. Just now I had some chia seeds and coconut oil, in hopes of gaining some energy before practice tonight. I think I'm up to 4 carbs for the day, so I'm doing well on that. I think in a bit I will have some shrimp in coconut oil and spinach.
