Ok so really.. i HAVE started Herbalife again today, i promise :D

for the shakes .. try buying the da vinci sugar free flavorings - no carbs no protein no nothing, certainly adds flavor to your shake. also - try powdered peanut butter. 'PB2' - 16g of fat for 2tbsp regular compared to 1.5 g of fat. i make a butterfinger shake with chocolate formula one, PB2 and english toffee syrup. ohmy, to die for! hope this helps.
