AHHH -- I CAVED!! I ate some stinkin peanuts!! That will teach me to look at the big picture when planning the days meals and NOT allow too few calories and carbs!! Back to re-induction right away :(

Could have been worse - much worse. Just read that peanuts contain resveratrol (same stuff as in red wine).

I wouldn't worry too much about the peanuts - the net carbs were only 6. I agree with poster above, it could have been WAY worse. Peanuts = protein. Not as good a choice as almonds and macadamia's but I wouldn't beat myself up about it :)

Thanks guys -- I have really upped my water, thus my trips to the potty and suspect I was craving salt -- I PLAN to bring a can of broth to the office so when salty snacks appear, I will have some to have.

Peanuts seem to wreak havoc on me, too. You are doing great, though. I can't believe how far you've come! You're an inspiration to me.
