freakin 256 why won't you budge! Eating good, working out...I think my metabolism might have slowed a bit, need to do something to get it going. Took all supplements with breakfast today.
256.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I have found that adding snacks helps to speed up my metabolism. Usually around 10:00 am I have a piece of fruit or some string cheese or even some fruit jello. I find that when lunch comes around I am not starving and eat fine then. Then around 3:00 pm I have another snack. Then usually have dinner around 7:00 pm. I also have to make sure that I get in as close to the 1500 calories as I can. I have found if I don't get all the calories in my weight loss stalls. Hope this helps:)
