It's been hard to get online and enter food and notes and such lately because I've had a couple of crazy late, long work days.

Yesterday was disgusting...I could feel the sweat trickling down my back into my butt...*gross*

Today is glorious! Not in that sunshiney, glorious way, but in that cool, wet, rainy glorious way!

Still trying to eat healthy and exercise. The exercise part was a bit daunting the last few days...wasn't sure if I was going to live through the humidity. And yesterday the healthy food wasn't so healthy. We had brie and parmesan garlic crackers at work, and man, do I *LOVE* brie! I ate the equivalent of a palm of brie! (Palm of my hand, not palm tree...even I don't love brie that much!)

Wish I had a definitive plan to break down into the 150s and stay there and keep moving lower. I've been in these 160s for ages! And though I feel better and stronger, I'm getting a little bored and a little frustrated that the weight isn't moving as quickly as I'd like. I'm trying to lose a pound a week in order to meet my end of July goal and I'm not feeling as good about that as I was a week or two ago.

Maybe I'm asking for too much?
