Started induction AGAIN on Sunday. Woke up tired yesterday. Consumed 2 cups broth, 1 can tuna with olive oil, coconut oil mixed with chia seeds, grass-fed burger with Gloucester cheese, cheese fried in coconut oil, coffee with coconut oil. I think I got in all my water. Attempted 25/5 at practice but got worn out half way through. Today I woke up late and tired. Upon rising, I had 1 cup broth. For lunch I had coffee with coconut oil, 2 pcs. uncured bacon, 2 farm eggs cooked in butter. I took my usual supplements and 1T apple cider vinegar.
