bad week turning into bad month
not eating well at all after getting news and reorg at work. I'm now back in the job market. my mind is so fractured from the whirlwind of this that I can't seem to find anything, remember anything, keep up with anything.

so, I'm just going to drink shakes until I can get life under control. maybe I'll lose some creeping-up weight...
