I think I am a doing something wrong because I have been a little dizzy these past couple of days. I might have miscalculated how much calorie to take in...or working out way too much. Maybe I am not getting enough sleep. These are all factors I need to re-configure if I am to do this the healthy way. I do know that I should be losing 1-2lbs a week, NOT 4. But it's nice regardless ... having the lbs come off. The towel at the gym kinda fits around my belly :) Progress!
