Water consumed - 132 oz. - H20 Challenge successful
Work, home, dinner in the oven, hit the treadmill for 2 miles, dinner done and settled.
My goal is 3 miles a day. So far, I have been hit or miss. At least I am moving and lapping those still on the couch, lol! My philosophy at the moment is any movement is better than no movement.
Feeling energized and ready for round two with the treadmill.
