I tried looking it up, but please help: I get the 8 hrs fast and the 5 hrs eating, but what happens to the other 11 hours of the day? Does one just cycle it 5:8 all over again?

Are u sure u don't mean 16:8 fasting or lean gains intermittent fasting. This when u fast for 16 hours and gave an 8 hour eating window

Ha ha ha, I geuss I meant 16:8 or I did the custom one on the app... But I only did it foe one day sooo... But I did start it this morning again

Fasting is no more beneficial than normal calorie deficit... Work out your tdee less 30 - 35 % doesn't matter what diet you follow.. Low carb, high carb, keto...blah blah... You will loose weight... Comes down to Calorie deficit...I have ients on IF because they want to do it but my other clients diet normal... And also looses same as those on IF...

I'm loving chai tea these days. I try to mix it up. I sometimes make a rooibos Chai tea. It's then a bit sweeter than normal chai. Rooibos also calms you down a bit, specially before bedtime.
