Signed up today, considered what challenges to do. Ate very well today. Started brown rice with cranberries and apricots for lunch idea. Drank lots of green tea (ran out of diet soda, so time to see if I can go without)
Walked the dogs...had planned more exercise...so definately need to sign up for challenges related to ex.
Told my sisters and husband, I'm doing this so I have a support network.
