So, today makes Day 7 that I've started working out and being more conscious about what I put in my body and so far it's working! I've been to the gym for 7 days in a row today, doing cardio from anywhere from 40-60 minutes. I've lost 9 pounds so far! And that was with not being very strict with my diet. The only reason being, I know myself, and I know that if I'm too strict with myself, I'm going to crack under pressure and give in. I'll tell myself I'm doing so much so I can take a break today from working out, or I worked out yesterday so I don't have to today or I can eat this really unhealthy food. I'm starting habits little by little so that when I add a new one, it's not too much at once. I cut out pop a while ago, cutting out diet pop recently, and starting tomorrow, fast food. I know my weight loss journey is far from over and that the end is no where in sight as of now. But I think this time is the first time it's felt like I could really do this and I can't wait for tomorrow so I can continue to work on myself.
