Geez, I've got to come up with a new breakfast!! I'm tired of eggs and my yogurt with a bit a of honey has too much sugar....what to do????

You know I'm on this... Try mixing fat free ricotta w/ a little cottage cheese and sweetener and cinnamon... Mmmmmm!! Also, I think eggs with an apple and almonds is YUMMY. Try making your eggs different ways. AND, I found a recipe to make protein pancakes, it's not "the best" but it's a nice change and if you add sugar free syrup it's pretty delicious!

So today I made an omlet with one egg and one egg white. So I cut the fat! I need to add calories to my diet, but the right ones, not fat calories....protein calories. I need to get some more almonds, cottage cheese, etc. I think tonight, I will make healthy eggplant parm.

That is too funny. Great minds think alike. I was thinking the same thing with me too- cut the bad, saturated fats. My old trainer sauid fat=fat. So simple and true!
