I could not settle last night. 2am I am hungry so I got up and had 4 pieces of Ancient Grains Bread and butter. Better that the 12 cookies I would have eaten before but still not good. Haven't started the walking on the tread mill yet. I figured the 5 hours of taking down Christmas and the way I was sweating was exercise enough. Today I am going to do groceries at 3 different stores on being Costco so I figure I am getting my walking in there. Am I kidding myself?
