Good luck Alicia! I know you can do it! It's just finding what works for you and your body. You'll figure it out and be down to your goal in time for that summer bathing suit.

by the way I was up 2 pounds the middle of this week but then back down and an extra 1 by end of week so hopefully you'll get into those 160's by the end of this week.

Keep at it Alicia. I feel your pain. I am still down 9 but sometimes up one day and back down a pound the next. I'll be so happy just to get off this plateau and down to 174. Then my next goal is to break 170. We have to just keep trying. Shannon is only 2 pounds more than me now and I know her next goal is to weigh less than me for the first time in over 10 years lol.
