I think I am having a bit of a plateau- haven't lost any since last Friday, and about a half a pound has come back. I am afraid that I have maybe been eating too few calories (in my eagerness to shed these last ten pounds or so) and my body is going to shift into panic mode, so am going to up my intake for a couple of days. Good stuff, of course: fruits, veggies, lean proteins, whole grains. Maaaaybe a trip to the Skinny Dip for low/no fat frozen yogurt, since I have a friend here for a visit this week, and maybe even a slightly indulgent girls night out... followed by a good Stroller Strides workout or run the next morning. ;)

Really, all things considered, I can't be down on myself about it- I've lost 47ish pounds, and can run 5 miles easy peasy now, whereas I couldn't even run one mile a few months ago. Sure, can't wait to lose those last 10 pounds, but they will go, and likely go faster if I am a little kinder to myself.
