Poo. I got drunk last night on the last day of the attack phase, so so bad. I feel terrible. My will power is close to zero near alcohol when I'm at a party surrounded by people drinking! I didn't eat anything, but still. Ergh. Feel terrible about it :( I've been in ketosis for 5 days and lost 3lbs so hoping the drink won't do too much damage. So angry! For the record, I had a few vodka and diet cokes and 2 shots of sambuca. Pretty sure that will throw me out of ketosis so trying to figure out the best way to continue on my journey. Any advice much appreciated! :( :(

drink LOTS of water. Throw in another PP day to set things right and keep going. I'm the same with alcohol...I have vowed no glass of wine until my celebration meal (it's like opening the flood gates)..

If you're going to drink, drink smart. Avoid beverages with high sugar content (mixed drinks, beer), so basically that leaves you with hard liquor! Splash in some diet soda or soda water for a little flavor and you're good to go! When I was staying low carb and went out for drinks, drinking like this had no detremental effect.
