Breakfast smoothie whatever I can conjure up from the Veg patch normally a combo of either Spinach, Kale or Kolrabi or Celeriac with a banana this time of year, a little later home grown Blueberries and Raspberries to replace the greens - no set plan or routine just got in the habit 👍
