The good news is, even WITH water retention, I seem to be staying under 366, most days, which is a far cry from the 397 I got up to 10 months ago! I'm controlling myself better, bit by bit, every day. Still gotta work on the quality of things I eat, but that's after I get used to smaller QUANTITY. I am fritzed enough handling one task at a time, so I'm okay with waiting on that for a bit. I'm getting there, though!
3 months and two weeks ago, I weighed 380, so I'm happy!
