Yo yo. I think my RDI goal of 2400 is too high. One day at or around that number seems to add up immediately the next day. I'm going to shoot to keep in closer to 2000. Yesterday, although not recorded, I was busy-er than normal. I did the flight of stairs at least 40 to 50 times. Did laundry, dishes, bought and stocked groceries. I'm quite suprised by the 1.4 lb overnight gain. Given yesterday's activities, which were way above normal for the past 2 weeks, I thought at worst I'd stay the same. I believe tomorrow mornings weight will be yesterdays weight.
Going to Doc today. Keep taking high roads. Positive, Thankful, Grateful, Concern, Patience, Caring, Nurturing, Determined, Committed, Strong, Dedicated, Forthright, Leader, Peacemaker, Believer. AMEN.
