Breastfeeding has helped. I would like to be further along in my weight loss since it's been nearly a year since my son's birth. I have a little under three months until his first birthday. I had been biking to his day care over lunch to nurse him. It's gotten cold and that activity has decreased. I'm going to try to do more activity again and eat better to get toward 160.
