This weight is from jan 1st, and reflect post Indy trip and post holiday eating. Holiday eating was not significant. Indy - omg! I started back on lo-carb yesterday. Had a touch of Atkins flu, but not bad. I would like my fluctuations to be 130 -135 lbs, and never going over. Of course, muscle is heavier, so I would say a siz4 pants.
