I threw the diet to the wind yesterday. We went to a party and I had a couple beers and there was so so so much food. I didn't count exactly but I prolly hit 3500-4000 calories. I had a good time and today I'm back at it 100%. I'm thinking of yesterday as my treat for the first 30lbs.
