Hey hey!! Although I enjoyed my "off" day yesterday, I missed working out. I will make up for it today!! I will first be going to my step class at Bally's and then I will go to boxing. I'm hoping my sis-in-law will be able to go...she's been having migraines since Saturday afternoon...and when she gets them, they knock her out for a while. If she can't go, no biggy, I'll just work out by myself. I need to punch on the bag...I'm still sore from Sunday's 20 laps in the pool. I do 10 laps of kickboard, which is just straight kicking and then I do 10 laps of the crawl (strictly arms). I use a buoy between my legs when I do the crawl...you're probably wondering why not do arms and legs together. Well, I'll tell you...this way, I can really focus on those muscles which helps me work them to their full potential. I'll be swimming again on Friday.

Meal plan for today:

Breakfast: 1/2 cup of oatmeal and 1 orange
2nd Meal: 6 oz. low fat peach yogurt with 1 small apple
3rd Meal: 1 sandwich with turkey, spinach leaves, and 2 pieces of
whole wheat bread. 2 dill pickles.
Snack: 2 60 calorie rice cakes
4th Meal: 1 boca burger and 1/2 cup of brown rice
Snack: 1 100 calorie granola bar
