ok ... so yeah i got to log some awesome dance time last night but i didn't get out of bed till 1:21PM!!!!.. didn't work out.. didn't eat breakfast.. i did miss out on my "light day" since i decided to work out an hour friday.. so i'm gonna take it easy today.. maybe i'll decide on a walk later... good thing was i had a good lunch,. my husband made me a turkey burger topped with spinach and feta cheese, no bread.. just served it with a salad.. it was delicious!!.. and finished it off with a mousse temptation pudding and a banana...
well off to re hydrate myself after having a couple drinks last night... hope everyone enjoys their holiday!!!
