So it's been a while since I've been on FS. I have been super busy with that little thing called LIFE. How crazy things have been recently for me. Ok maybe it's just me but I feel like my brain is constantly going 158 miles per hour and I'm just beat. I'm on thought overload and really don't know why. I'm an anxious person by nature but since starting Atkins it has gotten progressively worse. I think it started when the scale moved for the good. All of the sudden I realized that I can lose weight and it is possible. Now I must go on. I'm trying to find new recipes and foods to eat because I'm getting a little on the bored side. Not bored enough to cheat, but bored still. I know that if I cheat I'm done for. I have NO portion control. I used to eat until I was miserable then get so sleepy that I couldn't even enjoy my time w/ my son. But here's the thing... I'm real fatigued lately as well. I've been doing my 20 carbs daily, sometimes less and never more. I'm pretty sure my diabetes is wondering what the HELL is going on! I sure know I am thinking that same thing! I know this is a LOT of rambling, and quite possibly one big run on sentence but I have a lot on my mind!

Try eating more often. That is what helped the fatigue thing for me. Also look into some good vitamins and supplements.

I agree! My dad has diabetes and sometimes has problems with going TOO low on the carbs. His doctor suggested that he make sure he has "some" carbs with EVERY meal, and it seems to help.. My dad always has some veggies with each meal and he snacks on celery or other raw veggies with a little bit of protein. I think it helps with the fatigue with him. Let us know how you're doing!!
