Well, a new year is about to begin. Got a new haircut today to bring in the new year with and to celebrate reaching the halfway point this week. My New Year's resolution for health is to keep the momentum going, and not fall off the train once I reach my goal. I want to be able to fit my bikini next summer too, not just the one coming.
I want my healthy lifestyle to last, so my children have a good example to look to. Fresh foods, smart portions, and conscious eating. My goal is that it's natural and not a trial forever.
The thing I need to work on is my activity level. I don't want my kids to sit in front of the tv all evening, so I shouldn't. This year I WILL increase my activity!
I wish all of you a happy New Year and a successful weight loss/management adventure!
