I lost the pound that I gained this week. I'm exactly evan. Like .2 pounds less. Hopefully when I weight tomorrow I will be to at least 177. We will see. Today I'm going to try this no soda thing agian. It is a new day...I'm just so weak at work. I'll keep a water glued to my hand :o) Anyway, have a great day everyone. Love ya all

Don't get discouraged if you're not 177 tomorrow. Good luck with the no soda, you can do it...
