I did pretty well yesterday. I forgot to take the pellets at dinner, but I didn't feel hungry later so I guess it was okay. I ate some left over honey baked ham for lunch because it was all I had at the house. I will have to go shopping to pick up food that are on the diet.
130.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 14.0 lb a week
