I am sooooo excited!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is a non-weight loss accomplishment but it is something I have been working toward for the last 3 1/2 years. I received my Black Belt Candidacy Belt last night. It was a total surprise. I was scheduled to receive it in 5 weeks from now, but my instructor decided that I had earned it early. WHat it means is that I will be eligible to test for my Black Belt in 5 weeks from now! I still can't believe it. I have been working toward this goal for so long, and it touched me that my instructor felt I was ready for this step early. He has never, to my knowledge, promoted anyone early. He has held people back because they weren't ready for the next belt. Anyway I just had to share even though it had nothing to do with weight loss.
