wow, what can I say? Haven't been on here for a very long time and I really haven't been watching what I eat at all. When I way my self the scale doesn't even tell me the correct weight, even at the doctor I max out the scale. SO with the new coming year I am going to take this very seriously I will loose weight and get healthy again. I just need help to get me going in the right direction. I am not doing this alone my wife is by my side and my son (soon to be 6) is here to encourage me when I need it.
SO, watch out fat here I come:)
