Stayed much more on track yesterday. Was under calorie output by 100 calories (still a bit high) and double the carb intake that's blood sugar friendly, but did not eat any trigger foods high in sugar or starch. Much pain in my foot and barely able to hobble due to switching from boot cam to regular sneakers so unable to exercise at all. All in all a positive day. Why wait for the first to regain healthy habits? Had husband remove all temptation to the office.
