Going on and off Low Carb recently has not been good. I got discouraged being in a stall and tried to go back to old ways of low fat, high carb. Did not work for me at all. I gained over 10 lbs back and have been achy in my joints and have no energy. I was always hungry too! Time to get back on plan and get serious and make this not about my weight as much as it's about my health. I feel great on this way of eating and I have energy and no pain. Best part is no hunger, no depending on food constantly to feel full. I like that fact that while eating this way I don't think about food all that much.
