Tough to get motivated today. I have the day off and yet....

I have to watch out for apathy. I have been on my journey for over 4 months and it has been hard the past two weeks. Not just because of the holidays, but because I am kind of running out of ideas.

The foods that I need/want/like don't appeal to my son and I am constantly making two dinners. I think I need to take him to the store and invest in some insta meals that he can eat while I prepare foods that I can eat and vice versa. I think that will help with my struggle to get dinner on the table. I did very well for the first couple of months, but I have struggled for the past month - giving in to the trip for Subway sandwiches far too often.

I think I will take some of my extra time today and skim back over my Eat More, Weigh Less book for recipes, too. The worst thing will be to just give up. I have eaten too much meat this past week and it shows. I have had a headache for the past two days and that really impacts my desire to get up and move. Enough excuses, tske a damned tylenol and just get up and do it.
