I didn't get to the gym yesterday. Didn't finish my work assignment until 1:30 am. Asleep at 2:30 am. Up again at 6:00 am to make it to the office by 7:00 am.
I'm tired, I'm dragging. But I am so excited to get to the gym. Two days without exercise is driving me crazy!! It's going to be a great weekend (5 days!) Gym tonight. Golf in the morning (5 miles of walking... but 34 degrees??) Skiing Saturday... maybe.
You know there will be a lot of excitement in the air with people getting started on their new years goals... many of which will be centered around weight loss and fitness. I can't wait for the buzz!!
