Does anyone have a suggestion on how to properly track my breakfast? I really don’t eat breakfast. I try... but can’t stomach it. Sometimes I end up stringing it out. This all happens in a 2-3 hour stretch. Is that breakfast? Or breakfast and snacks?

For example:
Wake up
Drink water
Make latte
Run kids to school
Handful of nuts
Do chores
Eat a hard boiled egg
Get ready for the day
Eat a Babybel or string cheese

Items are different day to day.

You don't have to eat breakfast if you don't want. you can log it as a breakfast or snacks- lunch. sometimes I am lazy so I log everything I am going to eat as lunch or dinner. As long as we log everything thing we eat , it doesn't really matter where.

Why not just skip breakfast? Look up the benefits of intermittent fasting!
