The holidays are over!! Time to focus on making myself better. Weight loss leads to better health, more confidence, higher self-esteem and a positive more active role model for my girls. I haven't used this site nearly to it's full potential. That needs to change. I've been able to lose a few pounds since becoming a member.
Starting a new "diet/exercise" program....Body for Life. Like every other diet, planning and motivation are keys. I will need to push myself daily to meet my goals! Planning and shopping happen this week.
