All right- time to get back on track. I went grocery shopping yesterday and made sure to get lots of fruits and veggies. This week I really need to add exercise. I'm determined to get this momma tummy from by baby somewhat gone. I'm not asking for a six pack just not such a big pooch. It's hard to do sit ups after a c-section but it's been almost 4 months I need to do a little something. I tried to do sit-up for a couple weeks but I'm so weak. I'll get there eventually. :) I'm excited about the 50bls challenge. It's a little under my intended weight goal but I wouldn't be upset if I did get back down to 125.
