OK...so I just joined this in hopes of finally losing the additional baby weight. I say this when my baby is now 8 years old! I am currently 160 lbs but have been at my goal weight of 125 lbs and felt wonderful. I work so much and am attending online classes toward my second Master's degree and always put myself last. I do have a gym membership and plan on scheduling it in at least 3 days per week. I use to run but I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia that causes severe exercise induced body pain and fatigue. I can walk (briskly) and checked my gym's website for water aerobics. I hope to find exercise buddies and support. I look forward to thin again!! Thanks for listening...Jalynn (Muntz247)
